Join a vibrant team in a dynamic Alternative Birthing Center as a skilled labor and delivery RN! This exciting role invites you to work hands-on in our well-equipped LDRP unit, boasting 12 rooms dedicated to labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care. You will enjoy a manageable nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 during labor and 1:3 for postpartum care, with the reassurance of having a charge nurse available without patient assignments.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment where your expertise in labor and delivery, along with basic neonatal care, will be crucial. This role requires certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP. You’ll collaborate with OB techs and secretaries who support your workflow, allowing you to focus on what matters most. While the position involves 12-hour night shifts, the nightly lull between patients can provide moments for reflective thought and rejuvenation.
