Job Description:

Join our vibrant team at a state-of-the-art orthopedic unit in Richmond, VA, where you will contribute to the recovery of patients following hip, knee, and spine surgeries. As a travel healthcare professional in this dynamic environment, you will experience the thrill of working in a purpose-built unit that has been expertly designed to support both patient and staff needs. With 25 beds and a collaborative atmosphere among staff who have years of experience, your role will include providing care to post-operative patients while seamlessly integrating into the current team structure.

Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, a schedule that allows for prolonged rest and engagement with your interests during the day. Throughout your assignment, you’ll utilize Meditech for documentation while following unit-specific protocols designed to enhance patient experience and care quality. Our focus is on building connections; as part of your routine, you'll perform bedside shift reports and prioritize communication with patients, treating them as family members.
