Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Your responsibilities will include administering and managing medications and IV fluids, accurately charging for supplies, and diligently documenting patient assessments and interventions in clinical records.
