Job Description:

Join an engaging team as you enhance your nursing practice in a role focused on delivering 1:1 care to adult patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures. You'll be in a collaborative, fun environment where teamwork thrives, comprised of fellow Registered Nurses and Radiology Technologists.

In this position, you'll start with an initial patient assessment upon admission, laying the groundwork for a tailored plan of care. The role challenges you to implement nursing interventions, modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations, and ensure that your patients feel supported throughout their procedures.

Your responsibilities will expand to administering medications, managing moderate sedation, and performing hemodynamic monitoring. As a proactive participant in quality improvement initiatives, you will have the opportunity to enhance both patient safety and your own professional development by seeking out learning opportunities alongside your peers. You'll respond dynamically to emergencies, adapting swiftly to any procedural changes, all while prioritizing an excellent patient experience.
