This opportunity is tailored for an ICU Registered Nurse ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of working in a Medical Surgical ICU. You will navigate the fast-paced world of critical care, collaborating with a dedicated team to provide top-notch care for patients in a Level I Trauma setting.

Your days will be filled with the thrill of rounding in a 12-room unit, managing a patient ratio of 1:2, and potentially floating to units of equal or lesser acuity. Charting will be a breeze with Epic, ensuring you can focus on what matters most: your patients. To thrive in this role, you'll bring at least two years of nursing experience, both general and trauma care, along with current ACLS and BLS certifications. Be prepared for a weekend coverage commitment of six shifts every six weeks!
