Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU RN in a Progressive Care Unit, where you'll work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. This assignment primarily involves caring for step-down patients, many of whom are vented and require support with basic cardiac and insulin drips, as well as DKA protocols. You’ll respond to Rapid Response and Code Blue situations, interpret tele rhythm strips, and assist newer staff members. This position offers a unique opportunity to hone critical care skills in a steady, supportive environment without the high-intensity chaos of traditional ICU work.
