Job Description:

Join our interdisciplinary rehab team at Napa Valley Care Center as an Occupational Therapist, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions. This role involves evaluating residents' needs, developing tailored strategies to improve their daily independence, and collaborating closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and other team members.
