You will manage a mix of step-down ICU patients with diverse and challenging conditions, such as respiratory failure, renal failure, and sepsis. With a ratio of 1:3-4 patients, you’ll have the chance to showcase your advanced skills while working alongside a supportive team, including CNAs and dedicated nursing staff. Expect to demonstrate your talents in monitoring invasive lines, managing chest tubes, and assisting with bedside procedures.
