Job Description:

Join our surgical team in Prescott, Arizona, where you will step into a vibrant atmosphere within the unit's state-of-the-art operating rooms. This role offers you the chance to engage in diverse surgical procedures, including total joints, general surgery, spine, urology, and cardiovascular operations, specifically designed for the Open Heart team. You’ll be scrubbing in on 20-30 cases per day in a mix of standard and hybrid surgical suites, providing a unique opportunity to refine your skills and gain extensive hands-on experience.

The position features an 8-hour shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with required on-call rotations ranging from 4-10 weeknights every 6 weeks. While there is a charge nurse and specialty leads available as resources, collaboration with an experienced team will enhance your professional growth.
