Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in the Family Birthing Center of Folsom, California, where you’ll play a crucial role as healthcare professional in a setting where every day brings new experiences, including the exciting opportunity to "catch the baby!" This is a unique chance to immerse yourself in a bustling labor and delivery environment, handling 70-80 births per month, with responsibilities that include providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns during labor, delivery, and recovery.

You will work night shifts of 12 hours, allowing for extended time off to recharge, and be part of a fast-paced team where your expertise in LDRP is essential. You must have at least one year of experience in this specialty, and we prefer candidates with three years to ensure the best outcomes for families. Your role will include tasks such as following AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios and adhering to the high standards of Neonatal Resuscitation Program practices.

As a vital team member, your responsibilities will also include triaging patients and collaborating with an exceptional medical team, from OB specialists to anesthesiologists. Prepare for the rewarding experience of bringing new life into the world as you support mothers in this vibrant community.
