Job Description:

Join our vibrant team in Morristown, New Jersey, as a skilled healthcare professional on a travel contract dedicated to inpatient care. In this pivotal role, you will work Monday through Friday, either from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, bringing your expertise to high-acuity environments such as ICU, Step-Down, or Cardiac units. Your primary focus will be on maintaining productivity standards while ensuring timely and accurate documentation of skilled interventions. You will play a crucial role in interdisciplinary communication, guiding and precepting new staff, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
