With your experience of at least two years in MedSurg, you’ll be handling various patient needs, from the intricacies of central line management to the nuances of drain care. Your role includes collaborating with a dedicated team, leveraging your professional communication skills while you take charge on special cases—such as the renowned Whipple Surgery—ensuring each patient receives top-tier attention. Nights can be magical under the starry Boise sky, where you put your expertise to work and engage with dynamic cases that make every shift unique!
