Job Description:

Step into a rewarding contract role as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in Peoria, Illinois, where you will play a crucial role in surgical operations. In this position, you will support a dynamic team throughout general surgery procedures, working hands-on with robotic and open techniques. Your daily adventures will take place in a lively operating room environment, engaging in the most common surgeries such as robotic colon procedures, hernia repairs, and gastric surgeries. With 15 general surgery rooms to navigate, you will experience a variety of cases every day – perfect for the clinician who thrives on excitement and wants to make a significant impact in the surgical world.

Your work week will consist of 40 hours, four days a week, enjoying the predictability of 8-hour shifts from Monday through Friday, with occasional weeknight call based on physician need. This assignment spans 13 weeks, ensuring a stable environment where your expertise will shine.
