Job Description:

Join our team as a Float Pool RN in Salem, Massachusetts, where you'll be at the heart of diverse patient care across multiple units! This unique role allows you to showcase your telemetry monitoring skills while floating between eight different Med/Surg Tele areas, including the ED and overflow units. Expect to experience a dynamic schedule working night shifts with weekends included, where you'll provide essential cardiac monitoring and administer cardiac drips while interpreting telemetry strips. Two years of acute care hospital experience is preferred, as you'll be navigating a variety of clinical settings and adapting to different unit needs.
