You'll be part of a dedicated team, working 12-hour rotating shifts that will keep your skills sharp and your days dynamic. Embrace the challenges of caring for patients with conditions like CVA/Acute Stroke management and those requiring External Ventricular Drains. Your 2 years of experience will shine here as you interpret rhythms, manage IV therapies, and advocate for infection prevention—all while floating to units with equivalent or lower acuity as needed. Remember, weekends are included in this rotation, so prepare for both rewarding days and restful nights!
