Job Description:

Join our dedicated team as an ER Registered Nurse in Clinton, Maryland, where every shift presents a unique opportunity to make a difference. In this position, you'll be working in a dynamic Emergency Department that serves both adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will be essential as you handle triage, IV starts, and phlebotomy, ensuring that patients receive timely and critical care. You will work 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, contributing to a robust team that values adaptability and resilience. A critical part of this role involves successfully passing the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam, demonstrating your readiness to respond to various medical scenarios with confidence.

Experience in charge roles is preferred as you may occasionally float within your skillset. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday, providing a balance of work and personal time.
