Job Description:

Join our dedicated team as an Operating Room Nurse in Odessa, Texas! In this role, you'll be at the heart of the surgical team, collaborating closely with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and Operating Room Technicians. Your critical thinking and scientific judgment will be put to the test as you ensure a seamless surgical experience from start to finish. Expect a lively atmosphere where your skills shine, from scrubbing in to assisting during surgical procedures, and maintaining open communication with families.

In addition to having a strong grasp of the State Nurse Practice Act and AORN standards, you will be responsible for organizing supplies, updating physician preference cards, and overseeing the care delivery process. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every surgical case proceeds smoothly, and your leadership will help guide other personnel in the Operating Room.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, donning your Navy scrubs while gaining valuable experience across various surgical specialties.
