To qualify, you need to bring at least two years of nursing experience along with required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and a nationally recognized de-escalation certification (like Pro-Act, CPI, or MOAB). Make sure you have your Cerner knowledge polished and ready to go. As an added perk, schedule requests will be considered based on manager discretion, which means a little flexibility with your time!
