With your expertise in total joint experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in the operating room, collaborating with a skilled surgical team to ensure smooth procedures. Expect to be on call for 1-2 nights a week and have a few weekend duties every six weeks, offering a dynamic schedule that keeps things interesting. Your contributions will not only impact the surgical landscape but also enhance the overall experience for patients and the healthcare community.
