As an Emergency Department RN in Farmington, New Mexico, you will play a critical role in managing a diverse range of cases, from trauma to chronic illnesses, in a facility that provides advanced medical care. Your day will typically start with the sunrise and consist of 12-hour shifts filled with dynamic patient interactions and critical decision-making challenges.
