Your role involves initial assessments upon patient admission, developing and modifying personalized care plans, and maintaining meticulous documentation, ensuring ongoing integration of vital information among your healthcare colleagues.

As a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in a Trauma 1 setting and proficiency with EPIC, you will take charge of monitoring neonatal intakes and outputs, assisting mothers with breastfeeding initiation, and administering medications with precision.
