Job Description:

Embark on an exciting journey as a travel nurse in Alexandria, Louisiana! In this role, you'll work on a high-acuity unit that welcomes challenging cases including strokes, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, and sepsis. Your nights will be filled with meaningful encounters as you provide complex nursing care, ensuring that every patient's needs are met through careful assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You’ll thrive alongside a dedicated team, assisting in critical moments and gaining invaluable experiences along the way.

As a seasoned RN, you'll practice independently while managing contingencies that arise in clinical nursing. Expect to work from 7 PM to 7 AM, every other weekend, but rest assured — there’s no call and no floating within different units. With an impressive nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate deeper connections and enhance your clinical skills in a supportive environment.
