As an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Medford, Oregon, your expertise will shine as you manage a variety of procedures, enhancing the surgical experience for both patients and the surgical team. You will circulate within most surgical specialties, excluding cardiac, eyes, and transplants, allowing you to showcase your skills in General, Vascular, Ortho, Neuro, and even robotic surgeries. With 15 beautifully equipped operating room suites, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team, where you’ll also handle Epic computerized charting and medication systems to streamline patient care.

This assignment offers a unique opportunity to engage in both scheduled shifts and on-call duties, providing a balanced workweek that includes 36 hours guaranteed call time each month. Expect a thorough two-week orientation program tailored for travelers, ensuring that you acclimate to the fast-paced environment while working with surgical attire provided by the facility. Your contributions will not only impact the surgical outcomes but also the overall experience of each procedure.
