As a travel healthcare professional in our float pool, your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive assessments, executing individualized care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of nurse leaders and physician partners. You'll be instrumental in delivering specialized medical and nursing care while adapting to diverse patient needs and unit standards. With a commitment to maintaining up-to-date documentation and embracing current technologies, your contributions will help to ensure the highest level of care for patients battling various diagnoses from coronary artery disease to post-surgical recovery.
