Job Description:

Join us as a skilled Respiratory Therapist in the vibrant setting of Roanoke, Virginia, where you will play a crucial role in the care of neonates and pediatric patients in the NICU and PICU. This position invites those with prior NICU and pediatric experience to deliver advanced respiratory care using state-of-the-art equipment. Your expertise in advanced ventilator management, including high-frequency jet ventilation and nitric oxide delivery, will be essential as you troubleshoot and ensure optimal patient outcomes during the night shifts of 7 PM to 7 AM.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that values your contributions in a facility recognized for its high-acuity care. Be prepared for a lively night filled with variety, as you'll float within your skillset, including to adult units when needed. While you will need to embrace the occasional weekend and holiday shift as part of our commitment to patient care, the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our youngest patients is what truly makes this role special.
