Job Description:

Join us on an adventurous journey as a Travel Cardiac Med/Tele RN in the heart of Rochester, New York! In this role, you will provide essential nursing care on a 37-bed unit, focusing on patients with cardiac needs. Your shifts will be a thrilling mix of night and day rotations, allowing you to embrace the unique ebb and flow of hospital life. You’ll work 12-hour shifts, either 7 PM to 7 AM or 7 AM to 7 PM, with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Here, one weekend shift per week is required, or for the bold, you can opt for two weekend shifts every other week. As part of the contract, you'll need to be available for at least one holiday.

Your experience in acute medical-surgical and telemetry nursing will shine as you manage critical situations with poise and expertise. An active NY RN license, along with NIH AHA BLS certification, is essential for this role. You'll utilize EPIC for charting, and flexibility is key, as you may need to float to other units as dictated by the facility’s needs. Plus, if you're ever looking for a challenge, you can take on charge duties with training provided!
