Job Description:

Join our team as a PACU Registered Nurse in Marrero, Louisiana, where you'll play a crucial role in postoperative care. In this position, you will predominantly work with adult and pediatric patients, ensuring they are safely transitioned from anesthesia to recovery. With your experience in Epic, you will efficiently handle patient documentation and contribute to a seamless care process.

Expect to embrace the day shift with three 12-hour shifts per week, bringing your expertise and warmth to our facility during the hours that typically stretch from 9 AM to 9:30 PM. Be prepared for an element of surprise, as you'll be participating in a call rotation of 1-2 times per week or during weekends. Holidays are in the cards, too, so keep that in mind as you plan your adventures!

Your essential certifications—ACLS, BLS, and PALS—will serve you well in providing exceptional care during the critical recovery phase for patients. Scrubs will be provided, allowing you to focus on delivering top-notch nursing care.
