Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse and prepare for an exhilarating experience in the heart of York, Pennsylvania! This role is tailored for skilled nursing professionals with trauma and robotics expertise, particularly in thoracic and vascular procedures. You will be an integral part of a dynamic surgical team, utilizing the DaVinci xi robot, and ensuring precision in operating room protocols.

In this position, you will take on both scrubbing and circulating roles, so coming with a robust skill set is crucial. You’ll thrive in a well-supported environment, where your independent work is bolstered by the collaboration of your colleagues. Your proficiency will shine through as you navigate complex surgeries, and anticipate the needs of the operating room.

This assignment is unique because, aside from your technical skills, you'll have the chance to engage in a fast-paced atmosphere with varied shift structures, accommodating shifts in both day and night formats, as well as weekend duties every six weeks.
