Job Description:

Join us for a thrilling opportunity as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Seattle, Washington! This travel healthcare contract invites experienced RNs who can smoothly navigate the high-stakes environment of Labor and Delivery. You will work in a fast-paced setting, where your expertise in high-risk pregnancies and newborn assessments will be put to great use. Your role will include circulating during deliveries and providing essential care for newborns, ensuring they receive their first assessments and necessary treatments after birth.

Expect to work three 12-hour night shifts per week, with an average daily census of 15 patients and approximately 500-600 deliveries each month. Quick decision-making and strong technical skills are must-haves! This role requires a sense of humor and a readiness to adapt, as you'll also float to sister facilities as needed, providing care in a community-focused atmosphere supportive of new families and recovery services.
