Job Description:

Join a vibrant surgical team in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse specializing in the operating room! In this role, you’ll dive into a dynamic environment focusing on ENT, eyes, and plastics surgeries. Your schedule will twinkle with 12-hour shifts from 09:40 to 22:10, covering Monday to Friday, with weekend on-call responsibilities.

You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, planning patient care while effectively communicating and coordinating activities to ensure seamless surgical case progression. Each day presents new challenges; you'll implement safe and efficient patient and family care tailored to the complexity of perioperative patients. Experience with vital equipment like the Constellation, NIM, and Stryker Navigation will be beneficial. With floating opportunities, you may find yourself enhancing your expertise in multiple units, offering you a comprehensive professional experience.
