Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in the NICU! In this exciting role, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic children's hospital setting, providing expert respiratory care to the tiniest patients. You'll work night shifts, with the opportunity to choose from 36 or 48 hours per week, ensuring that your schedule can fit your lifestyle. Every other weekend and holiday off means you’ll have time to recharge and explore!

This assignment is unique as you’ll be part of a self-scheduling model, giving you a voice in your shifts, though the manager will explain the nuances during your onboarding call. Candidates with Level 4 NICU experience and a preference for cardiac PICU will thrive in this environment. Ensure you have your RRT certification, along with BLS and PALS, to join this exceptional team. We are happy to accept applicants with a pending Virginia license, provided a temporary license can be secured before your start date.
