Job Description:

Join our team as a CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) in beautiful Elkhart, Indiana, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to work in a dedicated cardiovascular operating room with cutting-edge technology. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports two exceptional cardiothoracic surgeons while working in an environment specifically designed for cardiovascular cases. Common procedures include CABGs, valve repairs, ECMO management, and more, providing a diverse and rewarding experience.

Your work schedule will consist of 10-hour shifts across four days a week, allowing for a satisfying work-life balance. You’ll also have the chance to showcase your skills on weekends as needed, ensuring that you engage in continuous learning through a variety of cases. If needed, you may float to major surgeries when CVOR cases are unavailable, further enhancing your experience. Ideal applicants will have at least two years of experience in a CVOR setting, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
