Job Description:

Join our vibrant team as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in NICU and Neuro Diagnostics at a children's hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. This unique contract offers you the opportunity to be part of a self-scheduling model, allowing for some flexibility in your work hours while you support our tiniest patients through their critical moments. You will be working night shifts, 3x12-hour rotations from 19:00 to 07:00, providing care for infants in a Level 4 NICU setting. Your expertise will be vital, primarily focusing on respiratory therapy, with preferred experience in cardiac PICU cases.

This role entails not only delivering exceptional care but also participating in clinical reviews. The manager will personally connect with you post-offer, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role. While you may not always get your desired schedule, we will work diligently to accommodate your preferences where possible.
