Job Description:

Join our team as a dedicated PCU RN in Shelby, North Carolina, where every night brings new challenges in a 32-bed progressive care unit. In this role, you will monitor and manage patients with a variety of conditions, including CHF, dysrhythmias, and respiratory illnesses. You’ll have the opportunity to utilize your skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation and wound care, all while supported by a stellar team, including CNAs and a 24/7 RT team. Expect a 1:4 nurse-patient ratio, a family-oriented unit culture, and the invigorating atmosphere of a facility known for its Chest Pain and Stroke Centers. With flexible scheduling and the excitement of a night shift, you’ll find this role to be both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling.
