Job Description:

Join our Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Charleston, South Carolina! As a vital member of our team, you will be working 12-hour day shifts, delivering exceptional care in our diverse pediatric units including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU. This is your chance to showcase your skills in critical care, while having the flexibility to float within your scope to meet distinct facility needs.

With a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, you’ll have the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance, all while tackling challenges that truly impact young patients’ lives. With your 2 years of pediatric ICU experience, you’ll be experienced in the fast-paced environment of critical care, and while you'll feel right at home, expect to encounter the occasional surprise that will keep things interesting!

We pride ourselves on accommodating our nurses, with a requirement for weekend and holiday rotations, allowing you to not only provide critical care but also connect with the local community during your downtime.
