Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a unique float position that allows you to thrive across diverse units, including the ICU, Brain Health Unit, and a Long-Term Care Ventilator unit in a welcoming Baltimore facility. This role is designed for adventurous nurses eager to embrace variety in their work. You’ll be caring for critically ill patients who require close monitoring, rehabilitative support, and occasionally, long-term ventilator care. Your days will be engaging as you manage complex cases ranging from respiratory issues to neurologic concerns, working with advanced medical devices and supportive therapies.

As a valued team member, your expertise will help patients navigate their journeys toward recovery, providing vital interventions and empathetic support in a fast-paced environment.
