Job Description:

We are seeking an adventurous and flexible healthcare professional to join our float team in the vibrant heart of Garden City, Kansas! In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work within a broad 60-mile radius, adapting to the dynamic pace and diverse needs of various Emergency Departments. You can think of it as an exhilarating road trip—without the actual driving!

As a vital part of our team, you will engage with a variety of cases, from abdominal pain to trauma, and work alongside a supportive crew of nurses and techs. You'll be equipped with the necessary certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and PALS, and utilize your expertise in a fast-paced ER environment. This position offers 12-hour mids shifts, ensuring you have ample time to recharge between your exciting workdays!

While you are responsible for securing your housing, the thrill of floating amongst multiple facilities offers a fresh perspective on day-to-day operations, ensuring no two days are ever the same. Come ready to learn, adapt, and experience healthcare from a multifaceted lens!
