Job Description:

Prepare to utilize your nursing expertise in a variety of critical environments, as you will float between all ICUs, step-down units, IMCU, and the Emergency Department for ICU holds and borders. Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions and meaningful collaboration with fellow health professionals as you assess and implement care for your patients who may need specialized attention, including those facing challenges such as preeclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage.

With an emphasis on teamwork and effective communication, you will direct nursing support staff and work closely with licensed physicians to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld. This position allows for the flexibility to adapt and thrive in various clinical settings, ensuring that every day presents a new opportunity for growth and learning.
