Your prior experience in acute care coordination will come into play as you handle assignments with a patient ratio of 1:20.

This role requires strong adaptability as you may float across all adult areas of the hospital, ensuring that each unit runs efficiently. Alongside a structured four-day orientation, you'll benefit from a supportive preceptor during your initial days on the floor.
