Job Description:

Step into the vibrant world of emergency healthcare as a Travel Emergency Room RN in the quaint city of Ironwood, Michigan. Here, you will dive into the fast-paced environment of a 10-bed emergency department, engaging with a diverse array of cases and collaborating with a dedicated team. With a commitment to providing exceptional care, you will experience the thrill of working in a trauma Level IV facility, where every day brings new challenges and the satisfaction of being part of a critical team.

Shifts are structured as 12-hour nights, allowing you to embrace the cool evening air while providing high-quality care. You will be expected to work every other weekend and holiday, ensuring that the ER team is robust and ready for any emergency, rain or shine. The opportunity to float to the ICU, though not mandatory, may beckon adventurous nurses looking to broaden their skills.

Your experience of at least two years in the emergency department will set you up for success, particularly your familiarity with Epic charting and emergency protocols like ECI Triage trained and splinting. Bring your MI RN License along with BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications to ensure you're ready for action!
