Job Description:

Join us as a Step Down Registered Nurse in vibrant Lansing, Michigan, where each night brings a new opportunity to create impact. You’ll work in a short-term acute care setting, maintaining a 1:4-6 ratio, ensuring that every patient receives the attentive care they deserve. With 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, you’ll have time to explore the local area during your days off. Your expertise in telemetry and experience with managing dysrhythmias will be invaluable as you float to various adult acute care units within the facility.

This role is not just about patient care but also about contributing to a collegial environment and gaining experience in a Magnet-recognized teaching facility. Your familiarity with EPIC charting and required certifications such as BCLS will ensure that you fit seamlessly into our team. Though the nights can be busy, they are also profoundly rewarding and offer a unique perspective on patient recovery during this crucial step-down phase.
