Job Description:

Join our dynamic Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse team in Omaha, Nebraska, where your expertise will shine in a fast-paced Heart & Vascular Unit! This 49-bed specialty medical/surgical unit focuses on cardiovascular patients, including stable heart and lung transplants and those with Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs). You’ll take on the rewarding responsibility of floating among various units, ensuring that your skills meet the diverse staffing needs of our facility. Your work will not only advance your professional knowledge but also give you a unique experience caring for patients with specialized needs.

As a Cardiac Tele RN, you'll operate within a 1:5 or 1:6 patient ratio, with occasional shifts that may see a 1:7 ratio during the night. BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary, along with two years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting and EPIC charting familiarity.
