During your assignment, you will work on a prestigious PCU unit with a ratio of 1:4-5, ensuring that you can deliver close attention to your patients while being supported by a dedicated team. This 13-week contract requires flexibility as you may float between like units to meet facility needs, thus enhancing your professional experience in diverse clinical settings. The night shift spans 12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM, allowing you to embrace the quiet, reflective hours of patient care, where your skills truly shine.
