Job Description:

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Respiratory Care Specialist? In this travel healthcare contract role, you will disassemble, wash, rinse, dry, and package respiratory equipment while evaluating patient care delivered according to established plans. You will be a role model in the field, demonstrating your clinical judgment and technical skills.

As you prepare and test respiratory therapy equipment for safe operation, you'll contribute greatly to the team by ensuring that all equipment functions properly and reporting any malfunctions to management. You'll also have the opportunity to chart accurately in the EMR and perform assessments on ventilator patients and others requiring respiratory care. You’ll be extensively involved in producing and documenting vital information about patient responses, compliance, and recommendations for further treatment. It’s a hands-on experience that truly makes a difference!

City: Urbana, Illinois
Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
