Job Description:

Join our dedicated team in the heart of Peoria, Illinois, as a travel healthcare professional specializing in cardiovascular intensive care. You'll be stepping into a role that involves monitoring and treating post-cardiac surgery patients, including those recovering from CABG, heart valve surgeries, and various vascular procedures. With an emphasis on a compact 20-bed unit, you’ll utilize advanced equipment like IABPs, Impellas, and ECMO, and you will be an essential part of a collaborative team ensuring high-quality care for patients with a fast-paced caseload. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of CVICU experience, with confidence in managing titratable drips and interpreting cardiac strips right from the start. Get ready for an engaging assignment where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes in a supportive and efficiently-run environment!
