Job Description:

Join our vibrant team in Kerrville, Texas, as a critical care registered nurse in our cozy, 12-bed ICU! This is not just any contract; it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in a supportive environment where your critical care expertise truly shines. Your role will encompass monitoring patients, collaborating with a dynamic medical team, and ensuring quality outcomes while enjoying the delight of working in a smaller, close-knit community setting.

Prepare for a schedule that allows you to make a significant impact while also enjoying your time off. Expect to work 3-day shifts that span from 06:30 to 19:00, with opportunities to float to the medical/surgical units when the ICU census is low. With a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 during these instances, you’ll have the chance to engage meaningfully with your patients and colleagues. Your commitment will be about 36 hours a week for a duration of 13 weeks.
