Join our Float Pool team as a dedicated nursing professional in Glendale, California, where no two nights are the same! In this role, you will deliver coordinated nursing care to a diverse group of patients, ensuring that established standards of care guide your practice. You'll actively supervise and direct nursing staff at various levels, all while collaborating with different disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
