Job Description:

Join our team as a critical care registered nurse in the picturesque town of Kerrville, Texas, where wine country meets the essential world of healthcare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in our rural hospital's 12-bed ICU. You'll find a unique balance in your workflow, as you'll engage in the specialized demands of critical care while having the versatility to float to medical/surgical units during times of low census. Expect to be part of a supportive team that values your expertise, with orientation provided to ensure you are comfortable in this setting. Additionally, you'll enjoy a 1:5 patient ratio during your shifts, allowing you to deliver attentive care. With four weekend shifts in a four-week period, your schedule of three 12-hour days from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM promises to be fulfilling and effective.
