Join us for an exciting journey as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Odessa, Texas! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a pivotal moment in families’ lives, guiding expectant parents during labor and delivery with both expertise and support. Conducting three 12-hour night shifts a week, you'll be immersed in the rewarding atmosphere of labor and delivery, standing ready to assist during this significant experience. Your responsibilities include monitoring fetal health, facilitating safe deliveries, and ensuring adherence to established protocols and techniques, such as NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, and ACLS.
