Job Description:

Join our vibrant Emergency Department team in Porterville, California, where you will immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of cases. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within an 18-bed emergency suite, including a specialized fast track area for non-critical patients.

As a key member of our emergency nursing team, you will provide essential care for a diverse patient population, including adults and children, dealing with critical conditions and urgent care situations. You will engage in typical ED protocols including EKG monitoring and conscious sedation, all while collaborating with a supportive team that understands the demands of emergency healthcare. You'll also benefit from a robust mentoring system, with orientation and buddy shifts to help you acclimate to our practices.
